How do I buy source code?
Buying source code on CodeMart is simple. Browse our catalogue on the Browse page, select the product you want, and click the "Buy Now" button. You'll be prompted to enter your MPESA phone number and email address. An STK push will be sent to your phone — enter your MPESA PIN to complete the payment.
How do I receive my download?
After your MPESA payment is confirmed, you will receive an email at the address you provided during checkout. The email contains a unique, secure download link for your purchased source code. Simply click the link to download your files.
How long is the download link valid?
Your download link is valid for 60 minutes from the time it is generated. The link is also single-use — once you have downloaded the file, the link expires. Please make sure to save your file immediately after downloading.
My download link expired, what do I do?
If your download link has expired or has already been used, please contact our support team at support@codemart.co.ke with your MPESA transaction details and email address. We'll assist you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may repurchase the product to receive a new download link.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we accept payments exclusively via MPESA (Safaricom). When you initiate a purchase, an STK push is sent directly to your phone for secure and convenient payment. We do not accept card payments, bank transfers, or other mobile money providers at this time.
Is the source code fully functional?
Yes. All source code listed on CodeMart has been tested and is ready to use. Each product includes all the necessary files to get started. If you encounter any issues setting up a product, feel free to reach out to our support team for guidance.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Once source code has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions.
How do I contact support?
You can reach our support team by emailing support@codemart.co.ke. Please include your MPESA transaction ID, the product you purchased, and a description of your issue. We typically respond within 24 hours.
