These terms apply to all visitors, users, and buyers who access or use CodeMart. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All source code products sold on CodeMart are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Each purchase grants the buyer a single-use license to use the source code for one project or application. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of the purchased source code — whether in its original or modified form — is strictly prohibited.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, screenshots, and demo videos before making a purchase to ensure the product meets their requirements.
All payments on CodeMart are processed securely via MPESA through our payment partner, PesaFlux. All prices listed on the platform are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
By initiating a payment, you authorise the deduction of the stated amount from your MPESA account. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available and that the phone number provided is correct and registered for MPESA services.
Upon successful payment, a unique download link will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This download link is valid for 60 minutes and is intended for single use only.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address. CodeMart is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or spam filters blocking our emails.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a product has been delivered (i.e., the download link has been sent to your email).
We encourage all buyers to carefully review product details, descriptions, and any available demo material before completing a purchase. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact our support team for assistance.
All source code, designs, trademarks, logos, and content on CodeMart remain the intellectual property of CodeMart and its respective authors. Purchasing a product grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable usage license only.
Buyers do not acquire ownership of the source code itself. You may not claim authorship of purchased code, remove proprietary notices, or use CodeMart's branding without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CodeMart, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising out of or related to your use of our platform or purchased products.
CodeMart's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
